WORD – for Friday 📖

Knock, Knock…  Friday Bible Blessings is at Your Door.  Today’s special delivery verse is from  Hebrew 12:1-2; “Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”

NOTE:
As followers of Christ, we will be able to run further and faster if we don’t have sin clinging to us and weighing us down. If you want your relationship with God to go to the next level then it starts with you stripping down from sin.
If you want to pick up the pace in your pursuit of Jesus, then start by stripping off any form of sin, because that is weighing you down. While this is true physically, it is also true spiritually. Sin will cling to us and weigh us down so that we aren’t able to pursue Jesus like we could if we weren’t carrying sinful habits or bad attitudes.
Sin slows you down, so strip it off! Jesus has too much in store for your life for you to be weighed down. Start running the race with endurance and keep your eyes on Jesus He is calling you forward.

PRAYER – on Friday🙏🏾

Heavenly Father in Jesus Christ name I pray, God today for those whose heart is hurting and those who have grown weary in their faith. God, you have given us all we will ever need in your word. Let those of us who are strong in you bare up those who are weak. Let us not be so busy that we forget the example Christ set for us to follow. I pray today Father that you will come to the aid of all who call upon you holy name. Lord turn someone’s mourning into dancing, give someone beauty for ashes. No one loves us the way you. No one knows the inner workings of our hearts the way you do. I pray God that the body of Christ truly come together as one. Let us not be to busy trying to build a name for ourselves that we forget the reason you chose many of us in the first place. Many souls God are hungry for your touch as the woman with the issue of blood said if she could just touch the hem of Jesus garment she knew she’d be made whole. Father let your Holy Spirit fill us and make us whole. Truly God help us to be the hands and feet of Jesus. We need to be a holy people, a praying people, a forgiving people, a compassionate people and a pure loving people. Deliver your people today God from whatever keeping them from living a purpose driven life in Jesus Christ name. Amen.

REAL TALK – Thursday’s, Right On Point 💯

There are times an individual can say something to you so evil that all you can do is stare at them and at that moment God is saying, don’t say anything. Because what you’re about to say would cause the sky to open up and make Jesus return.

Jesus is the BEST thing!
It is BEST to know Him right now before
you get to meet Him, because the stop, drop
and roll will not work for anyone in Hell. #REAL TALK 💯

FAITH – Thursday’s Encouragement ✔

“Bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do” Colossians 3:13.

Forgiving people, whether it’s friends or family, can be pretty darn hard. I mean sometimes they can really hurt you. I myself have been hurt a lot by people I trusted dearly. I’ve even been hurt and have hurt my friends at school a few times. It’s hard to forgive, and even if “all is forgiven” you still kinda hold a grudge against the person. You kinda don’t want to be around them or talk to them, even just hearing their voice can grind your gears. That’s why though we have to bear with it, we must forgive those who hurt us and just kinda try again. It’s not an easy thing to do but Christ forgave us, He died for us so we can be seen blameless before God. Well as always we are provided with some encouragement and incentive by the Bible. Isn’t that great! These things aren’t just shoved down our throats, we are given encouragement, instruction, and promises, but we must also beware the warnings.

“For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.”Matthew 6:14.
Ah but here’s a warning,in the same chapter too!
“ But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.”Matthew 6:15.

I believe we forgive not just to make peace, but because since God forgave us and we are to spread His word and share His love we must forgive others the same as we are forgiven.

“Take heed to yourselves. If your brother sins against you, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him.”Luke 17:3.

Yeah siblings can be annoying, and do things that hurt you, sometimes they hurt you worse than anyone else, but we have to do our best to forgive them, show our love no God’s love for them.

“And if he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times in a day returns to you, saying, ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him.” Luke 17:4.

But this kind of forgiveness,it seems impossible to us,even to me. How could you expect me to forgive my sibling if they hurt me so much again and again without any remorse? You wanna know how we are expected to do it? By prayer. In order to forgive someone like this we must pray for God to send His spirit to be in our hearts and pull us to forgive that unremorseful person, because we can not do it on our own.

Peace, and Embracing FAITH ✔

WORD – for Thursday 📖

WORD – for Friday 📖

Knock, Knock, It’s Me!  Thursday Bible Blessings at Your Door.  Today’s special delivery verse is from  Matthew 16:13-19; When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say the Son of Man is?” They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” “But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?” Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father in heaven. And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.
